Carol Ann "Gee Gee" Beane

Carol Ann Beane, lovingly known as “Gee Gee,” passed away peacefully at her home in Livingston, Texas, on March 9, 2026, at the age of 82. Born on December 1, 1943, in Houston, Texas, to Alton Marsh and Billie Reaves Marsh, Carol spent her life offering kindness, compassion, and steadfast love to all who knew her.

Family remained the heart of Carol’s world. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Leslie Beane; her daughter, Dolores Wallace; her grandchildren, Tori Beane and partner Aaron Davis, Keith Beane, Lauren Wallace, and Ruby Wallace; and her beloved great-grandchildren, T.J. Fletcher, Kenzie Taylor, Juss Taylor, Aiden Davis, Bella Beane, Xander Beane, Mason Busby, and River Busby. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alton Marsh and Billie Reaves Marsh; her grandson, Timothy John Beane; and her granddaughter, Michaela Carol Wallace.

For many years Carol worked at Camp Cho-Yeh before becoming self-employed in resale. Whether at work or in her personal life, she possessed a rare gift for connecting with people from every background. She found joy in staying close to friends and family through Facebook, relaxing with her favorite coloring apps, and sharing activities and luncheons with fellow seniors.

Carol’s warmth and selflessness defined her. She treated friends like family, offered comfort and wise counsel freely, and made everyone around her feel genuinely loved and valued. Her generous spirit and open heart left a lasting impression on countless lives, and the love she gave so readily will continue to guide and inspire her family and friends for years to come.
