Preserve forever →Carol A "Hollingshead" Lomberk
April 8, 1943— March 12, 2026
Vineland, NJ
Carol A. Lomberk passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, March 12, 2026. A resident of Vineland, New Jersey, for more than 40 years, Carol was born and raised in Millville, where she built a life centered on love, laughter, and the simple joys shared with those closest to her.
She worked for 27 years at the West Company in Millville, earning the respect of her colleagues for her dedication and strong work ethic. Carol found great pleasure in country line dancing, bowling, crocheting, cross stitch, and assembling puzzles with her husband. She loved camping with Ted, family, and friends, and enjoyed playing cards, shuffleboard, and bocce. Above all, she cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, and step-grandchildren, eagerly joining in their games and attending every event to support them. Sunday dinners with her family were a highlight she looked forward to each week. She and her husband, Ted, shared a special bond through their many happy winters in Florida.
Carol is survived by her devoted husband, Theodore “Ted” Lomberk; her children, Lisa Sanderlin (Dave) and Tracey Shea; her stepchildren, Debra Lomberk, Lisa Cody (Stuart), and Ed Lomberk; and her grandchildren, Ryan Sanderlin, Sean Sanderlin, William Shea, and Kerry Shea, along with many step-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Theodore Hollingshead (late Suzanne). She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Hollingshead, her mother, Gertrude Hollingshead Chambers, her sister Joan Laning (Milton), and her stepson Ted Lomberk.
