She will be remembered as a woman with a tender and empathetic heart, always ready to listen, comfort, and uplift anyone in need. Her greatest joys in life were her family and her unwavering faith, which guided her every step and shaped the kindness and compassion she so freely shared.Carmen's strength and courage were evident in her lifelong dedication to her loved ones. She had a remarkable ability to make others feel seen, valued, and cared for. Whether through her gentle words, her quiet sacrifices, or her steadfast presence, she created a lasting legacy of love that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.Professionally, Carmen spent many years working as a Property Manager in the real estate industry. She took pride in her work and was known for her sincerity, reliability, and genuine care for the people she served. After retiring, she made her home in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she continued to live a life centered on faith, generosity, and service to others.Carmen is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Yvonne Sanchez; her son, Johnny Sanchez, and his wife, Virginia; her cherished grandchildren, Brianna, Micah, and Christian; and her beloved great-grandsons, Justin and Ruben. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Gonzales and Fanny Romo; her daughter, Crystal Sanchez; and her grandchildren, Joseph Aragon and Angela Aragon.A visitation and Funeral Mass will be held at St. Marguerite Catholic Church, 15 South 7th Street, Tooele, Utah, on Thursday, March 19, 2026, visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. and funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. MDT.As we gather to honor Carmen's life, we invite all who knew her to reflect on the joy she brought, the laughter she shared, and the unconditional love she gave so generously.
