Born in Puerto Rico on April 25, 1938, Carmen led a life defined by service and faith. In the 1980s, she served as a secretary for the Department of Housing in Puerto Rico before moving to Kissimmee, Florida, in 2013. A woman of deep conviction, Carmen devoted much of her life to her church, Parroquia Sagrado Corazón de Jesús in Santurce, Puerto Rico.She is survived by her daughter, Claudia Rosario, her son-in-law, Kahlil Figueroa, and her three beloved grandchildren: Valeria Figueroa, Gabriel Figueroa, and Cristian Figueroa.Visitation and ServicesFamily and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Funeraria Borinquen, 2360 Michigan Ave, Kissimmee, FL 34744.
