Carmen Esther Rivera passed away on March 14, 2026. She was born on October 9, 1939, in Maricao, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Teleforo Soto and Anatolia Padilla.
A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, Carmen is survived by her eldest daughter, Elsie Collazo, along with her six grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She taught strength and always promoted love among her family. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
