He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Pete" Baggett and Alma Baggett (Deese); his former wife Marie Baggett; and his son Farlon Baggett. He is survived by: his wife Alma Marie; his children, Ronda Baggett and Brent Baggett (Davie); his grandchildren, Amy Kitchen (Timmy), Sherry McCrone (Chucky), Levi Baggett, Sam "Wrangler" Baggett (Grace) and Landon Baggett; and his great grandchildren, Kleigh Kitchen, Logan Kitchen, Tarrin McCrone, Raylee McCrone, Sophia Baggett, Ava Baggett and Sterling Baggett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peavy Funeral Home Chapel in Blountstown, Florida. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Cypress Grove Assembly of God Church (3250 Cypress Grove Rd, Grand Ridge, FL 32442).
