Carl Richard Carlson, 61, husband of Melissa Johnson Carlson, passed away on March 13, 2026 in Lexington. Born in Utica, New York on June 24, 1964 to the late Ernest and Mildred Heatwole Carlson, Carl lived a life deeply rooted in the love of his family.
He is survived by his wife Melissa, daughters Kayla Carlson and Madeline Carlson, sons Zachary Carlson and Andrew Carlson, sisters Gail Collette and Elana Carlson, and brothers Robert (Maureen) Carlson and Ernest Carlson Jr.
Carl will be remembered as a devoted husband, proud father, and cherished brother whose quiet strength and steadfast presence enriched the lives of all who knew him. His family will gather to celebrate his life on Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing.
