He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David Lawrence Frailey and Maria Esther Vallejo Ortiz. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Ortiz and Jennifer Ortiz; his brother Nathan Ortiz (Cecily); and his grandmother Clara Frailey (Izzy DeHaan).

A reception will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Moeller Funeral Home (104 Roosevelt Rd, Valparaiso, IN 46383).
