March 20, 1962— March 9, 2026
Heber City, UT
Bryan Kim Webb, affectionately known as Cub, passed away on March 9, 2026, at home surrounded by loved ones. He was 63. Born on March 20, 1962, to George and Della Webb in Heber City, Utah, Bryan spent most of his life in the place he loved. After graduating from Wasatch High School, he joined the family business, Webb Transportation, driving his own truck and trailer. For decades he hauled livestock—sheep and cows—from corrals, feedlots, and pastures to packing plants across the western states. He formed lasting friendships with ranchers and herders while spending countless hours in the Utah desert, the mountains of Strawberry, and the fields of California. He often spoke with gratitude about the remote and beautiful places he had seen, places most people would never experience in their lifetime.
Bryan took great pride in his work and in keeping his trucks immaculate. Whether it was his beloved 1985 Ford 150, known as Old Whitey, or his semi-truck, he maintained the highest standards of cleanliness, often keeping towels on the floorboards and seats. He spent many hours polishing, maintaining, and tending to the distinctive purple lights he cherished. Those who rode with him quickly learned his routines and his joy in a well-kept truck.
Above all, Bryan loved people and conversation. Whether talking on the CB while traveling down the road or visiting with friends at the corrals, he was the life of the party whose presence lifted everyone around him.
He is survived by his five daughters, Kimberly (Steve) Finch of Kingman, Arizona; Shelly (Cody) Wurdeman of Knoxville, Tennessee; Pamela (Adam) Idsinga of Spanish Fork, Utah; Bailey (Josh) McKnight of Heber City, Utah; and Brylee Webb of Heber City, Utah; four grandsons and three granddaughters; his loving partner Jodi Zito of Ogden, Utah, and her daughter Chelsey (Trevor) Lee of Farwest, Utah. He is also survived by his sister Marsha (Vern) Carlson of Heber City, brothers Scott (Barbara) Webb of Magna and Jack (Joyce) Webb of Heber City, and several nieces and nephews. Bryan was preceded in death by his parents, George and Della Webb, and his older brother Kenny Webb. A celebration of life will be held this summer in one of his favorite places.
