Bruce Wild

Bruce R. Wild, age 69, passed away peacefully at Sunrise Cherry Creek Assisted Living in Denver on March 26, 2026. He was born on July 19, 1956 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Ed and Janet Wild, Bruce was a constant source of strength and compassion to those whose lives he touched.

He grew up in Boulder, Colorado and enjoyed playing baseball as well as hunting and fishing. He excelled in school and acquired his Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Information Systems from the University of Colorado while working for Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) in Finance and project management. Throughout his career he was known for being dedicated to his work and those around him. Beyond work, Bruce enjoyed working on DIY projects around the house and pursuing entrepreneurial interests. Later in life, Bruce’s greatest joy, by far, was telling others about his twin daughters and how they were progressing through school and life.

Bruce is survived by his twin daughters Katie and Liz, his supportive ex-wife Jodi, and brother Pat. We will miss him. He was preceded in death by his parents Ed and Janet, as well as his beloved dog Bullet.

A celebration of Bruce’s life will be held on March 20, 2026 at 10:30am, at Horan & McConaty funeral service and cremation (1091 S. Colorado Blvd, Denver 80246).
