Bruce A. Kiefer

Bruce Kiefer was born on January 8, 1955, in Newark to Suzanne Fulinello and Artie Kiefer. He passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by the loving family who meant everything to him.

Bruce was the proud father of Bruce Jantella, Shannon Kiefer, Louis Kiefer, Nicole Mindo, and Christina Jusulavage, and an even prouder Popsy to Ethan, Elizabeth, and Avery and Papa to Aniyah, Julian, Joshua, Jeremiah, Jason, and Ariah. He was a devoted brother to Debby Miele and Vickie D’Agostino and a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A man of many talents, Bruce could often be found landscaping a yard, cooking something delicious in the kitchen, or casting a line as an avid fisherman. He also had a special love for his many fish tanks, which he maintained with the same patience and care he showed to the people around him. Known for his wonderful sense of humor and his ability to befriend anyone, Bruce never met a stranger. He was always ready with a laugh, a ride, or a helping hand, regularly stocking the local food pantry and quietly assisting neighbors and friends whenever they needed it.

Bruce will be remembered for his humor, generosity, and the simple way he made people feel welcome wherever he went. His presence will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
