He is survived by: his parents, Angela Hernandez (Robert Hernandez) and Mark Tinoco (Jackie Tinoco); his sister Danielle Winslow (Steven); his niece Riley; and his grandparents, RoseMarie and Larry Moreland. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Greenlawn Southwest (2739 Panama Ln, Bakersfield, CA 93313).
