Brian was known by family and friends for his deep passion for sneakers and his meticulous attention to detail. A proud sneakerhead, he took great pride in restoring and repairing high-end sneakers for others, carefully bringing worn shoes back to life. Through his work and enthusiasm, he became a familiar and respected presence in several local sneaker communities. He also loved cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats men’s basketball team and rarely missed an opportunity to support them.

He is survived by his mother, Sharon Maupin (Rickey); his children, Gavin Kinkton, Olivia Raley, Amelia Raley, and Adam Raley; his grandparents, Katie Smith and Ezra Hardin; his uncles, Mike Hardin (Tammy) and Terry Hardin (Janet); his aunt, Barbara Harvey; his nephews, Kameron Neal and Kenyon Neal; his niece, Merissa Maupin; the mother of his children, Jessica Raley; and his beloved cat, Funny Face. Brian was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Kinkton, and his sisters, Dana Kinkton and Margaret Kinkton.

In keeping with his generous spirit, Brian chose to be an organ donor, giving the gift of life and hope to others. He will be remembered for his dedication to his craft, his love for his family, and the passion he brought to everything he enjoyed. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
