Thomasville, GA
Ms. Breonca Reva’ Revels was born on June 9, 1990, to her loving parents, Wallace and Selma Revels. From an early age, Breonca was known for her playful spirit, protective nature, and strong independence. She brought joy, laughter, and light to all who knew her, and she carried a deep and abiding love for her family.
As a child, Breonca enjoyed cheering with the YMCA and cherished her stuffed animals, which provided comfort and companionship throughout her early years.
Breonca was dedicated to her education and achieved many accomplishments along the way. She graduated from Thomasville High School in 2008 while also earning a dual degree in Liberal Arts from Thomas University. She later continued her studies at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in Tifton, Georgia, majoring in Business Administration, and furthered her education at Columbus State University.
Breonca built a meaningful career grounded in service and commitment. She faithfully served the Georgia Department of Labor as a Service Specialist for 12 years, where she was admired for her professionalism, dedication, and genuine desire to help others.
Beyond her work, Breonca enjoyed shopping, traveling, and most of all spending quality time with her parents, whom she loved dearly. Her presence brought warmth to family gatherings and added joy to even the simplest everyday moments.
Breonca leaves to cherish her precious memory her devoted parents, Wallace and Selma Revels; her siblings, Theresa (Kiji) Burston of Douglasville, Georgia; Thomas (Tammy) Rodgers of Boston, Georgia; Kenya Revels of Thomasville, Georgia; and Antonio Ivey of Thomasville, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her brother, Brandon Mickens, and her aunt, Tonya Walden.
She also leaves behind her beloved grandmother, Mattie Hollis; holds in eternal remembrance her grandparents, the late Lee and Reva Revels; and is lovingly remembered by her aunties, Gracie Mae Biggins, Thelma Hilton, Juanita Hill, Inesha Grant, and Ieshea Bryant; along with her uncle, Jamar (Jennifer) Mickens of Savannah, Georgia. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends will forever remember the impact she made on their lives.
Though Breonca’s life was far too brief, it was filled with love, accomplishment, and unforgettable moments. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
