He attended Camden City Public Schools and proudly graduated from Camden High School with the Class of 1981. Brent later became the proud father of his son, Shaka Brent Walker.Brent had a personality that filled a room and a heart big enough to match. He loved fashion and always appreciated looking sharp, enjoyed fishing whenever he had the chance, and could be found in the kitchen cooking up something good. He had a special love for animals of all kinds, and we can't forget his two favorite teams-his Eagles and his Lakers who always had his loyalty, win or lose.Brent was never hard to find. In fact, if family members looked up and suddenly saw him standing at the door, it wasn't a surprise-it was just Brent making his rounds, popping in from house to house to check on everyone and spread a little love. He was funny, adventurous, and knew how to turn an ordinary moment into a good time. Being around Brent usually meant laughter wasn't far behind.He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Walker Sr.; his mother, Alberta "Miles" Walker; and his sister, Tia Walker.He leaves to cherish his memory his special companion, Delores Horsey; his beloved son, Shaka Brent Walker; his siblings, Jesse "Mustafa" Walker, Tammy Walker, Wasim and Stephanie Muhammad, Chabree, Tannecha, Evita, and Nicole, His best friend and uncle, Woodrow Miles Sr.; cousins Vicky, Tina, Doris, and Marlo; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will remember his laughter, his visits, and the love he shared so freely.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
