Brent Hansford ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Owen Funeral Home - Dixie Highway on Mar. 17, 2026.Brent Hansford, 68, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at U of L Mary and Elizabeth Hospital.He was the son of the late Douglas and Ophelia "Bonnie" Hansford of Big Clifty, Kentucky, and was a Christian by faith, as well as a window installer.Brent is preceded in death by his parents, his son, Brandon Handsford, and his brother, Bryan Hansford.He leaves to cherish his memory his loving grandson, Parker Hansford; Friends he viewed as family, Rick "Snagg" (Bonnie) Snyder, Trey (Samantha) Pursley, Zoe (Brock) Davis, Debbie Allen, Luke (Hannah) Holcomb, Shawn (Kristy) Pursley, Kayla (Aaron) Bauer; he had grandchildren that weren't related by blood but rather by love, Kinley, Miya, Bristol, Mia, Memphis, Sadie and Willow; Lifelong partner, Kathy Hansford; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 10 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway in Louisville.Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.Owen Funeral Home is honored to serve the Hansford family.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
