Brenda Renee Chaffin

Brenda Chaffin, age 64, of Horn Lake, Mississippi, passed away on March 12, 2026.

Known for her kind heart and servant spirit, Brenda volunteered in her community and at Southpoint Church, where she found deep fulfillment in helping others and supporting veterans. She loved life and took genuine joy in being a blessing to those around her. Brenda never met a stranger and had a special gift for making everyone feel welcomed and valued.

She is survived by her loving children, Nicole Abbott and Michael Abbott; her sisters, Patricia, Lora, Sandra, and Shannon; and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who will cherish her memory. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Barry Chaffin and Jackie Chaffin, and her granddaughter, Delilah Rose.

Brenda’s life was a testament to kindness, compassion, and service to others, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
