Brandon Balistreri

Brandon Thomas Balistreri, age 38, of West Bend, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice.

Born on June 4, 1987 in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Brandon was the son of Ignatius Balistreri Jr. and Debra (née Kelber) Prah. As a young child, his family moved from Milwaukee to West Bend, where he graduated from West Bend East High School in 2005. On August 25, 2018, he married Ashley Zastrow at The Gardens Wedding Center in Allenton. Brandon worked at MBW Inc. in Slinger.

He found great joy in the outdoors, spending his free time golfing, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Above all, Brandon cherished the moments spent with his children, Whitney and Brantley.

He is survived by his wife, Ashley Balistreri; his children, Whitney and Brantley Balistreri; his mother, Debra (Robert) Prah; grandparents, Wayne (Viola) Kelber and Carol (Thomas) Olsen; sisters, Krystina (Chris) Hmielewski and Brianna (David) Welch; father- and mother-in-law, Donald and Linda Zastrow; and siblings-in-law, Jennifer (Mark) Franz, Michael (Bonnie) Zastrow, and Rebecca (Andrew) Belt. Brandon is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Ignatius Balistreri Jr.; grandparents, Maryann (Russell) Yahnke and Ignatius (Mabel) Balistreri Sr.; and uncle, Joseph Balistreri.
