Bradley G. Ludescher

Sheldon, WI

Bradley Gene “Brad” Ludescher, 61, of Sheldon, Wisconsin, passed away at home on Friday, March 13, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born on August 28, 1964, in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, he graduated from Flambeau High School in 1983. Brad faced his battle with cancer with remarkable courage and determination.

Raised in Sheldon, Brad was known for his strong work ethic and deep love of the outdoors. He held various jobs over the years, including delivering newspapers, working on local farms, and doing concrete work. His true passion lay in the woods, where he spent many fulfilling days hand-cutting timber and operating the packer.

Brad’s warm personality and generous spirit endeared him to everyone he met. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and lived life to the fullest, cherishing every moment spent with family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Marlene; his brothers Brian (Jacquie) and Stuart (Lisa) of Sheldon, Royal J. (Stacey) of Bloomer, and his sister Brenda of St. Paul Park, Minnesota. He also leaves behind seven beloved nieces and nephews—Chad, Brett, Lacey, Trista, Shelby, Brittny, and Kahlei—along with fifteen great-nieces and nephews and two great-great nieces. Brad was preceded in death by his father, Royal, and his beloved dog, Dusty.

Those who knew Brad will miss his kind heart and steadfast presence. His memory will live on through the many lives he touched.
