Brad Lindsay Hassinger

Brad L. Hassinger, 70, passed away at home on Monday, March 9, 2026. Born on February 23, 1956, in Waterbury, he was the son of the late Lois and Harold Hassinger.

A lifelong Waterbury resident, Brad graduated from Crosby High School with the Class of 1974. He excelled as an athlete, earning recognition in baseball, basketball, and football during his high school years. Those who knew him will remember his competitive spirit and the pride he took in his athletic accomplishments.

Brad is survived by his son, Ryan Hassinger; his brothers Gary Hassinger and his wife Dori, Brent Hassinger Sr. and his wife Debbie, and Todd Hassinger; and his sister Dana Coelho and her husband Kevin. He also leaves behind many grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Lesley Petrafassi.
