Bonnie Wilson

Bonnie Wilson was born on July 11, 1940, in Leslie County, Kentucky, and passed away on March 13, 2026, at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond at the age of 85. She was the daughter of the late Johnny and Callie (Maggard) Grimes.

Bonnie is survived by her son, Jim (Sherry) Wilson of Tyner, and her grandson, Josh (Savannah) Wilson. She was blessed with two great-grandchildren, Bowen and Briley Wilson. She is also survived by her siblings, Wayne Grimes of Ohio, Frances Johnston and Dove Buboltz, both of Frankfort, and Patsy Learman of Dayton, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Russell, her brothers Earl, JB, Dennis, and Charles Grimes, and her sisters Shirley Hall, Christine Peranel, Peggy Grimes, and Ruby Grimes.
