Bonnie Kouns ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Miller Funeral Home - Ashland on Mar. 10, 2026.Bonnie Geraldine Riffe Kouns, 80, of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, March 9, 2026, with her loving family by her side.Bonnie was born on January 21, 1946, in Ashland, Kentucky, to the late Alfred Stanley and Lillian Daniels Riffe. She was of the Baptist faith and dedicated her life to her family. Bonnie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved. She treasured time spent with her family and took pride in looking after each one of them.In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by a brother, Charles "Buck" Frazier. Those left to cherish her memory include her beloved husband of 56 years, Lincoln Kouns Jr.; her children, Lincoln Lewis "Louie" Kouns (Christiane) of Greenup, Travis Wilson Kouns of Ashland, and Bonnie "Lynn" Hill (Robert) of Ashland; her brothers, Alfred Stanley Riffe Jr. of Ashland and Frankie Riffe of Greenup; her sister, Stella Blanton of Ashland; four grandchildren, Sara Weibel (Thor), Dylan Crumpton, Garrett Kouns, and Lily Kouns; and two great-grandchildren, Atlas Weibel and Orion Weibel. She also leaves behind extended family and friends who will remember her with love.Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home, with Pastor Gene Schwartz officiating.
