We bid farewell to Bobby Smith of Wilmington, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 8, 2026 at the age of 15. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, William Widlacki and Betty Milton; and his grandmothers, Doris of Maine and Cheri Widlacki. He is survived by: his parents, Carrie Widlacki (Duane) of Oak Lawn, IL and Bobby Smith (Mel) of Wilmington; his brothers, Lukas Billett and Allen Michael Peace; his great-grandparent Joan Widlacki of Crestwood, IL; his grandfathers, Bill Widlacki (Annette) of Alsip, IL and Lewis Willard Smith of Plant City, FL; his aunts and uncles, Tanya Anne Shroyer, Jenny LaGrange (Josh), Billy Widlacki (Susie), Kelly Issert (Ian) and Marissa Osborne; and his cousins, Lewis, Jaidyn, Jasmyn, Ally, Lilly, Sammy, Ian, Ryker and Rowan.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baskerville Funeral Home (700 E Kahler Rd, Wilmington, IL 60481). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (700 Williams St, Wilmington, IL 60481). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
