Visitation will begin at 8AM until Funeral: 10AM.Bobby Joe was born in Shreveport Louisiana in 1966 to Mary Alice Wilson (Mother). He was a graduate of Beaumont Charlton Pollard High School class of 1984. At an early age he was baptized by Pastor Joseph S. Barnes at The Church of The Living God Missionary Baptist Church.Bobby Joe began his career at Wyatt's Cafeteria and transitioned to Olive Garden. While there, he accepted a position at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen securing his longest career tenure.
