Bobby Joe Vaughn, 89, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 5, 2026. Born on February 4, 1937, in Russellville, Arkansas, to George Allen Vaughn and Lois Jean Ellis Vaughn, he grew up with a strong work ethic and a deep love for family that defined his life.

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle, Bobby was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda Sue Vaughn, and his son, Robert Allen Vaughn. He is survived by his loving daughter, Jeana Ward, and his siblings, James Vaughn and Ruby Jean Delaney. He was a proud grandfather to Cortney Redmann and her husband Jon Redmann, Andy Vaughn and his wife Laurie Vaughn, Anthony Brugnone and his wife Sydney Brugnone, and Kori Brookins and her husband David Brookins, whose mother is Karen Blakley. He was blessed with great-grandchildren Hailey, Emalynn, Mikah, Bobbi, Emory, Belle, and Jayce, who brought him great joy.

Bobby worked for many years as a dedicated millwright before retiring. Known for his craftsmanship and mechanical ability, he could often be found in his garage building or fixing something for those he loved. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, carpentry, and spending time in his workshop. He was happiest when creating, repairing, or sharing time with family.

Bobby will be remembered for his quiet strength, generosity, and steady presence. His devotion to family, the lessons he taught, and the love he shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
