Bobby Eugene Brown, a cherished brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, at the age of 86. Born on December 31, 1939, in Grady County to the late Bill and Etta (Golden) Brown, he grew up surrounded by the love and laughter of a large and caring family.

A proud veteran, Bobby served his country with honor in the United States Navy from 1959 to 1963, a chapter of his life he always held in high regard. After his military service, he returned to Oklahoma and worked for many years as a dedicated truck driver, earning respect in his community through his strong work ethic and friendly nature. He attended Rush Springs Public Schools, where he formed lifelong friendships and carried the values learned there throughout his life.

A devout Christian, Bobby was an active member of the Church of God Shidler, where his faith served as a guiding cornerstone in his daily life. He found genuine joy in simple pleasures, including completing puzzles, playing dominoes, and sharing games and laughter with friends and family. Those who knew him described him as loving, funny, and friendly, a man whose warm presence brought comfort and brightness to every gathering.

Bobby is survived by his loving sister, Peggy Ratliff of Oklahoma, and his dear sister-in-law, Cheris Brown, as well as his nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Juanita Davis, his parents, Bill and Etta (Golden) Brown, his sisters, June Stringfellow and Arva Guffee, and his brother, Jerry Brown. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives he touched.
