Bobby Allen Barnes

Bobby Barnes, 74, of Trinity, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Atrium Health High Point Medical Center.

Born August 26, 1951, he was a son of the late Doug Barnes and the late Roxie Mullins.

Left to cherish his memory; Teresa Barnes; sister, Betty Edwards of Trinity and Patsy Johnson of Lexington; grandchildren, Bobby Barnes, Tessa Barnes, Tori Mincey, and Hailey Oxendine; stepson, Shannon Watkins; stepdaughters, Shelby Doerle and Salene Watkins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Barnes, Jr; daughter, Tara Oxendine; brothers, J B Barnes and Donald Barnes; sisters, Ruth Cates, Brenda Reed, Peggy Jarrell and Clairene Morris.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Wright Funerals-Cremations, Archdale chapel with Pastor Bruno Wolf officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Garden Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-10:45 AM prior to the service.
