He was predeceased by: his father James Foster. He is survived by: his children, Emmalee Foster and Elijah Foster; his mother Sherri McAulay; and his siblings, Steven Smith, Robert Smith, Ashlyn McAulay and Anna Foster. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Life Church (5801 S Elm Pl, Broken Arrow, OK 74011).
