Billy Wayne Wise Sr. of Barling, Arkansas, passed away on March 14, 2026, at the age of 78. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose quiet strength and steadfast love left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
He was predeceased by his parents, Samuel Wise and Adeline Wise (Tounzen), and his siblings, Mary Frances, Samuel Jr., Joe, and Dale Wise.
Billy is survived by his wife, Ruth; his children, Billy Wise Jr. (Cindy) of Van Buren, Brian Wise (Jennifer Jennings), Tonya Jetton (Darren) of Lowell, Arkansas, and Jamie Alexander (Mike) of Van Buren; and his siblings, Mary Barbara, Patsy Leonard, and Alan Wise (Shirley). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
