Billy Charles Allen Jr., affectionately known as “Lil Billy” to family and friends, passed away on March 5, 2026. Born on October 15, 1996, to Billy Charles and Tameka Allen, he was the youngest of four siblings. A graduate of Abilene Cooper High School, class of 2015, Billy excelled in both academics and athletics. He held a deep passion for football and remained a devoted fan of the Indianapolis Colts throughout his life.

Billy was a dedicated and hardworking man, employed at Pine Street Salvage. Those who knew him will remember his infectious laughter and warm smile that could brighten any day. Above all, he cherished his children and was deeply passionate about his family, friends, and loved ones. A longtime member of Galilee Baptist Church, where his father serves as an associate minister, Billy lived with genuine joy and devotion to those around him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Kay Sharon Banks, R.L. Allen Sr., Cora Lee Allen, and Willie D. Ellis Sr. He is survived by his parents, Rev. Billy Charles Allen Sr. and Tameka Lynn Allen; his children, Ava Lavae Allen and Paisley Lynn Allen; his siblings, Ryan Len Allen (Eboni), Stephian Martel Allen, and Adrienne Dominique Allen (Birna); and a large extended family including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

To everyone who knew him, Billy was a man full of laughter and joy—a loving father, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend who will be deeply missed.
