Billy Allen Belcher

Billy Allen Belcher, age 49, a native of Sweetwater and longtime resident of McMinn County, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Ruby Johnson Belcher, his brother Michael Belcher, and his nephew Alex Belcher.

Billy is survived by his father and stepmother, Billy and Stacy Barnes Belcher, his mother Janice Elrod, his daughter Hayley Belcher, his son Austin Belcher, his grandchildren Cyrus Jamerson and Birdie Dills, his sister Gina Belcher, his brother Todd Belcher, his niece Charley Belcher, his special aunt Angie Camp, several other aunts and uncles, and his grandmother Regina Fitzgerald. Those who knew him will remember the quiet strength and devotion he showed to his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
