She was born on December 21, 1936, in Daingerfield, Texas to Carl and Mable Williams.Billie grew up in Hughes Springs, Tx. She attended Kilgore Junior College where she was a member of the Kilgore Rangerettes. She completed college at A&M Commerce, where she received a master's degree in elementary education. Billie taught in the Port Neches Groves independent school district for 32 years. She touched many children's lives and made multiple lifelong friends during this time. After retirement she lived in Avinger, Longview, and Cypress, Tx.Preceded in death by parents Carl and Mable Williams, sister Margaret Dyer, husband "Skeet" Wayne Williams, son-in-law and Wife Randy and Francis Weeks and son-in-law Mark Taylor.She is survived by her loving husband William Donald Weeks, daughter and son-in-law Libbie and Allan Williams. Don's children: Donny and Carolyn Weeks, Kim and Bob Goates Julie Weeks Ivory. Grandchildren: Morgan Dennard and Leah Orsak (Chad). Great grandchildren Weston, Tripp, and Brek Dennard, Cade and Dax OrsakThe Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 1:00pm with a Ceremony at 2 o'clock at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main, League City, Texas 77573.Interment will follow on Monday at 12:00pm at Augusta Cemetery in Grapeland, Texas.Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 / http://www.stjude.org/donate / (800) 213-6584.
