He was born November 19, 1964, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the son of Geary Lynn and Nova Ann Gunkel Sissel.Bill Lee Sissel-Hill graduated from Mannford High School in Oklahoma. Throughout his life, he worked diligently as both an electrician and a carpenter, dedicating many years to these professions. Bill was a devoted Christian who cherished his faith, consistently engaging in daily prayers and striving to live each day to its fullest. Known for his unique personality and unwavering work ethic, Bill always made sure to provide for his loved ones. Upon retirement, he shifted his focus entirely to his family, spending treasured moments together. Bill found joy in fishing, woodburning, making jewelry, and pursuing various other crafts that allowed him to use his hands creatively.
