He was a dedicated and loving husband, father and grandfather. He began 'jogging' in his early 40's in cut-off corduroys, and eventually completed over 15 marathons in actual running shorts. A strong proponent of life-long learning, Bill completed an MBA and then a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) mid-life and mid-career, using both to refine his business consultancy. Bill always said he'd never retire, and he never really did, until the last few months, keeping business discussions and proposals percolating all the while. He volunteered for FairVote Minnesota to help advocate for ranked choice voting as a means to improve our democracy. Bill was recently preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Kim, and is survived by children Quinn, Cole (grandsons Conor, Riley, and Will) and Case.
