Beverly Jean Miller

Beverly Jean Miller, age 80, passed away peacefully at home on March 9, 2026, surrounded by the loving care of her daughter and the presence of her sons and family who cherished her deeply. Born on November 24, 1945, in Welch, West Virginia, to Vilma Mae Davis, Beverly was the heart of her family. She placed God first and lived with steady strength and endless generosity. Her gentle spirit welcomed everyone, and her quiet resilience carried her through life’s challenges with grace. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and comfort where anyone who entered felt like family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Vilma Mae Davis; her granddaughter, Taji Hall; her son, Nathan Hall; and her sisters-in-love, Jan Logan, Caroline Cooper, and Sheila Howard.

Beverly is survived by her loving children, Regina, Reggie, Robert, and Richard, each of whom carries forward the lessons, strength, and love she poured into them. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Raymond (Whitney), Regis (Ryan), Reggie, Renee, Jejuan, Me’anna, Shawndale, Reina, Daniel, Kylee, Jazslyn, Christian, Richard Jr., Greg, Malik, Tamera, Rashad, and Rayden, along with a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who adored her. Her closest friends, Shirley Mosby Marshall, Robert Garmon, and Frank Hale, also cherished her throughout her lifetime.

Beverly had a special way of making each person feel loved and valued through her encouraging words, soft smile, and quiet presence. The values she lived by—kindness, loyalty, and the importance of family—remain her lasting gift to all who loved her. Her spirit will continue to live on in every story shared, every memory held close, and every heart she touched.
