Beverly Jane Lloyd

Beverly Lloyd, 92, of Las Vegas, passed away on March 4, 2026, in Las Vegas.

Born in Loudonville, Ohio, on June 9, 1933, to Edwin and Nellie Evans, Beverly graduated from high school and began her career as a secretary for an advertising company. In 1952 she enlisted in the Air Force, serving as a radio repairman until her discharge in 1955. During the 1970s she worked for Merrill Lynch and at various brokerage firms in California. Later, in Arizona, she was employed by the state office of employment security. In retirement she devoted herself to volunteering, tutoring children in reading, serving as a docent at the Mesa Art Center, assisting at the local library, and supporting Hospice of the Valley in Mesa.

Beverly is survived by her daughter Deborah Kinkenon and son-in-law Joseph of Las Vegas, Nevada; her sister Sandra Bailey and brother-in-law Joe of Newark, Ohio; grandsons Douglas Kinkenon and his wife Shana Biletch of Bedford, New Hampshire, and Neal Kinkenon and his fiancée Monisha Sabnis of San Francisco, California; and great-grandson Seth Kinkenon-Biletch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Thomas Evans and her sisters Barbara Rinehardt and Shirley Robinson.

A memorial service will be held in Ontario, Ohio, at a future date.
