Beverly Hidding

The passing of Beverly Hidding in Dow City, Iowa leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 6, 2026 at the age of 87. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Chaplin and Tena Chaplin (Kannegieter); her daughter Kim Waderich; and her siblings, Dennis Chaplin (Andrea) and Marlene Brandt (Robert).

She is survived by: her children, Tammy Langholdt (Steve) of Denison, David Hidding (Cris) of Denison and Becky Willems (Ken) of Denison; her son-in-law Roger Waderich (Marsha) of Denison; her grandchildren, Alison Malone (Corey), Josh Langholdt (Cindy Blumhardt), Trevor Langholdt, Jill Fahn (Jeff), Jennifer Blum (Matt), David Malone (Stephanie), Jess Malone, Kelsey Rasmussen (Ben), Kara Hidding, Rachel Willems, Kayla Straight (Colin), Angela Jensen (Dylan) and Amanda Willems; and her sister Betty Gorder of Alden. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (110 Logan St, Dow City, IA 51528). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be directed to the family for designation at a later date.
