Beverly Fonokalafi

The passing of Beverly Fonokalafi (Simpsonville, South Carolina), born in Jefferson, Maine leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 27, 2026 at the age of 78. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Hixon and Olive Louise Parker Hixon; her siblings, Donald Hixon, Herb Hixon, Brent Hixon and Florence Browning; and her pet Beauregard.

She is survived by: her children, John Fonokalafi (Robin), Brent Fonokalafi (Denise) and Lesley "Mele" Fonokalafi (Ryan); her brother Bill Hixon; her grandchildren, Kohl Fonokalafi (Destiny), Logan Fonokalafi (Rachel), Emma Fonokalafi (AJ) and Ella Fonokalafi; and her great grandchildren, Kian and Dahlia.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heritage Park (861 SE Main St, Simpsonville, SC 29681).
