Beverly Ann Bonasera

February 25, 1936 March 6, 2026

Eden Prairie, MN

Beverly Ann Bonasera passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, at the age of 90. Born Beverly Michaelson to Lawrence and Fern Michaelson on February 25, 1936, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she lived a life marked by deep devotion to family and quiet compassion for others.

Bev was a loving and faithful wife to her husband Lawrence for 67 years. She was a devoted mother to Sue (Rob) and Steve (DeLonda), a cherished grandmother to five granddaughters, and a beloved great-grandmother to six great-granddaughters and two great-grandsons. As the family matriarch, she held a special place in the hearts of all who called her family.

An only child, Bev grew up surrounded by cousins who considered her a sister. She spent many joyful summers with them at the family cabin on Lobster Lake, creating memories that lasted a lifetime. She loved camping, fishing, and traveling with her family. Her professional life as Admissions Coordinator at a nursing home reflected her natural kindness and compassion, and she was deeply appreciated by the many families she assisted over the years.

Bev was a woman of profound faith who lived out her beliefs daily by showing the love of Jesus to everyone around her. Whether volunteering at her church’s homeless shelter or quietly giving clothes to those in need, she consistently cared for others. Those who knew her described her as the kindest person they had ever met and considered her a best friend. She was beloved even by those who cared for her in her final days, who saw the gentle light she carried within.
