Betty Ruth Greer

Betty Ruth Greer, known affectionately to many as “Boo Boo,” passed away after a life marked by quiet strength and devotion to her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Larry Greer, her parents Johnny Keller and Gladys Adkins, and her sister Patricia Ann Dismang.

Betty is survived by her sons, Johnny and David; her grandchildren, Jackson, Savannah, Jessie, and John; her brothers Tommie Keller and Raymond “Pete” Keller; and her sister Tammy Ryman. She also leaves behind her sister-in-law Sylvia “Diddy” Davenport, niece Misty and Jeremy Parker, and great-nephews Draven and David.

A gifted cook and a woman who found simple pleasures in surfing the web on her tablet and watching her favorite shows, Betty brought warmth and comfort to those around her. She will be deeply missed by her sons, grandchildren, and the extended family who cherished her.
