Betty R. McKown

We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2026, at the age of 91, Betty R. McKown of Davenport, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty R. McKown to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bish and Louise Bish (Fells); her son-in-law Guadalupe Martinez; and her grandchildren, Angela Martinez, Breanna Masterson and Eddie Gordon.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Martinez of Davenport, Allen Crotts, Jr. (Deno Printy) of Rock Island, Kathy Crotts (Frank Bennett) of Davenport, Tim Crotts of Davenport, Gary Crotts of Bettendorf and Kelly Johnson (Darryl) of Moline; and her sister Edna Bishop. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Pointe (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Betty's memory.
