Betty McLain

Betty McLain, 81, of Bowie, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

Born and raised in Texas, Betty lived a life centered on her family. She took great pride in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and remained closely connected to them throughout her years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. Betty is survived by her daughter, Cindy Stark and husband Larry of Bowie; son Joe McLain Jr. and fiancé Andrea of Granbury; grandchildren Joe McLain III and wife Lindsey of Floresville, Laramie Stark and wife Heather of Bowie, Brett McLain of Floresville, Blake McLain and wife Samantha of Granbury, and Jordon McLain of Dallas; great-grandchildren Kenzlie, Emery and Ember Stark, Caden Joe McLain, Libby Jones, Kaseton McLain, and Jax McLain; and several nieces and nephews.
