Betty Maynard Copeland

Betty Maynard Copeland, age 97, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on March 15, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Copeland, Jr.; her great-granddaughter, Alyssa Jo Seiner; and her sisters, Katherine Ivy, Peggy Mobbs, and Carol McCanless.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Rebecca (Tim) Johnson; her son, Michael (Paula McKinney) Copeland; her grandchildren, Michelle Rice, Sharon Fuller, Joshua (Amy) Seiner, and Samantha Johnson; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and her brother, Ronnie (Phyllis) Maynard.

She lived a long and full life, cherished by her family across multiple generations. Her memory will remain a source of comfort and connection for all who knew and loved her.
