Betty Lee Brennan

BETTY LEE (née DEITRICK) BRENNAN, 98, a lifelong resident of Charleston, WV, died on March 1, 2026. She was born March 10, 1927, in Charleston to Ashton Sr. and Eva (Hoke) Deitrick. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R. Brennan; her brother, Ashton Deitrick Jr., and grandchildren, Thomas Brennan II and Leigh Wiblin. Betty Lee is survived her children, Raymond (Joan) Brennan of Florida, Angela (Terry) Bennett of Texas, and Beverly (Bill) Javins of Charleston; 9 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the caregivers at Brookdale Charleston Gardens Assisted Living for their loving care. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Basilica of the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Charleston. Burial will immediately follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston. Visitation will begin one hour prior at the church. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.barlowbonsall.com.
