Betty Jean Tolley

Betty Jean Tolley, née Webb, age 77, of Hartford, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Preceded in death by her parents, R.D. and Eula Webb, her brother Robinette Webb, and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Howard and Mary Lou Tolley, Betty is survived by her devoted husband of many years, Danny Tolley. She is also survived by her sisters, Sammi (Elaine) Ball, Reva and Decurtis Rogers, and Janet and Wayne Owens, as well as her brothers, Ralph and Lynn (Bond) Webb, and Gale Webb.

Betty cherished her many nieces and nephews, including Brad and Angie Rogers, Kim Ball, Randall Ball and Nikki Ball, Raif (Derek) and Lauren Jenkins, Maranda and Jeff Webb, Galvin and Jennifer Webb, Jessica and Jason Willis, and Jamie Webb, along with several great-nieces and nephews, especially Savanna, Hayden, and Reece, whose pizza parties brought her great joy. She held a special place in her heart for her Smoky Mountain caregivers, particularly Shanna (Lunsford) Webb, whom she loved dearly, and Josh, whom she and Danny considered their adopted son of the heart.

She will be remembered for the warmth and love she shared with her family throughout her life.
