Betty Gray Chrismon Toler

Betty Chrismon Toler, 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

Born in Guilford County to the late Marvin Chrismon and Ruth Hardy Chrismon, Betty graduated from Monticello High School in 1953. She married the love of her life, Benny Toler, and began a long career with Jefferson Standard, retiring after 38 years of dedicated service. An avid traveler, she and Benny explored the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Alaska together in their RV. She also enjoyed collecting antiques, cooking, and attending NASCAR races. Above all, Betty cherished her family and the time spent with those she loved.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Keith Chrismon, and her sister-in-law, Brenda Chrismon.

Betty is survived by her husband of 70 years, Benny Toler; numerous nieces and nephews; and a large circle of extended family and friends. Her warm spirit and devotion to loved ones will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
