Bethria "Jo" Smith

Funeral service for Bethria “Jo” Smith, age 66, of Lindsay, Oklahoma, formerly of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel.

Jo passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in Norman, Oklahoma.

Burial will be in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.

She was born November 3, 1959, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to Odell and Betty (Edwards) Love.

She was preceded in death by a sister: Gina Y Love; brothers: Randel Matthews, Jimmy Lee Holder, and David Holder; paternal grandparents: ZB Love and Flora (Dunman) Love; maternal grandparents: John P Edwards and Thelma J Myers.

Survivors include her parents: Odell Love (Theda), and Betty Holder (James); children: Colbey Smith (Kaitlyn), and Dakota Smith (Kelly); grandchildren: Kynlee, Kelbi'lee, Elijah, Adilee, and Adalynn; siblings: Zefrey Love, Samantha Sessions (Tony), James Holder (Travis), Brandon Love (Elizabeth), and Tesa Love; her pets: Baby-Girl and Halo; a special friend: Phillip Vaughan; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
