Beth Anne "Leavitt" Miller

Beth Ann Miller, 71, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on March 11, 2026, at Signature Nursing Home in Terre Haute. Born on June 30, 1954, in Linton, Indiana, to Robert Leavitt and Jeanne (McDermont) Bays, she graduated from WJHS in 1972. Beth worked as a waitress and at Cook Medical in Spencer, Indiana. She cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Mark Leavitt and Robert Todd Leavitt; and sister Lydia Ann Leavitt.

Beth is survived by her son, Brian Smith (Deanna) of Shoals; daughter, Carol Couch (Steve) of Linton; grandchildren, Hana Wright and Alexis Kent; great-grandchildren, Elle May, Octavia, and Grayson; sisters, Vicki Messick, Mary Leavitt, Sarah Fugate, and Jeri Tullius; brother, Robert Leavitt, Jr.; and step-mother, Billie Leavitt.
