It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice M. Gasper of Hobart, Indiana, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Gray and Bernice Gray; her husband Albert Gasper; and her pet Teeny. She is survived by: her children, Lyle Hannigan (Sue) and Kathi Hannigan (Mark) of Hobart; her grandchildren, Donna Tipold (Doug), Therese Overturf, Crystal Mroz, Taylor Stevens and Jordan Rongstad (Antonio); and her great grandchildren, Breanna (Felicia), Zacharie, Brennan, Kane, Piper, Finley and Emery.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
