(Fisher) Horton, 83, formerly of Woonsocket, died Monday, March 2, 2026 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Willard J. Horton, to whom she had been married for forty-nine years before his passing in 2023.Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Willard and Margaret (Morrow) Fisher, she had resided in Woonsocket for many years, before moving to Seekonk.Mrs. Horton worked as a bookkeeper, and later served as a paraprofessional for the City of Woonsocket School Department before retiring.She is survived by her son, Timothy J. Horton of Norton, Massachusetts; her sister, Virginia Irvine of Lincoln; three grandchildren, Nathan Horton, Natalie Horton and Megan Martin; and one great grandchild. She was the sister of the late Frederick Fisher and Margaret Hunter.Family and friends are invited, and may attend visiting hours on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln, followed by a prayer service at 6:00 PM.
